As the creative producer, I led the way in overseeing every aspect of pre-production and production. During the pre-production phase, my responsibilities extended to developing the creative vision and carefully casting the specific roles. Given the international nature of these productions, I successfully assembled a highly skilled crew comprising both national and international members. Additionally, I handled tasks such as securing optimal filming locations, obtaining necessary permits, coordinating travel arrangements for the cast and crew, and organizing the production schedule and call sheets.
Throughout the production phase, I efficiently managed the set, adhering to the shoot schedule to ensure seamless operations and punctual execution.
